C. Damon Hecker joined Kingfisher Systems, Inc. in 2007 and currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Executive Vice President. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors. He reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for all support and administrative operations, including finance, accounting, human resources, contracts, pricing, and security. From 2011 through 2013, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Vice President.  In 2009 and 2010, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to this, he was the Vice President of the Mission Excellence Strategic Business Unit.

Prior to joining Kingfisher, Mr. Hecker was a member of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (SES) and held the position of Director for Strategy and Transformation for the Department of Defense (DoD) Counterintelligence Field Activity. Prior to this position, he was the Deputy Director and Director of the Strategy and Program Evaluation Office, within the same organization.  Mr. Hecker also spent eleven years with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations in a number of positions, including Program Manager for the Computer Investigations and Operations; Operations Officer; Chief, Counterintelligence Branch; Chief, Analytical Center of Excellence; Chief, Plans and Policy Branch, Computer Crime Investigations and Information Operations Division; and Chief, Computer Investigations Intrusion Squad.  Mr. Hecker earned a Bachelor of Business Administration-Finance from Wichita State University, in 1987, and a Masters of Public Administration from Troy State University, Troy, Alabama in 1995.  Mr. Hecker is a graduate of the Excellence in Government fellows program.
