On February 20th, 2018, Roy L. Reed, Jr., Chief Executive Officer, named Jason Bartos the Chief Financial Officer for Kingfisher Systems, Inc.  Jason Bartos is responsible for all aspects of Kingfisher System, Inc.’s accounting and finance-related activities. Jason Bartos previously held the title of Vice President of Finance, Director of Finance, and Senior Pricing Manager at Kingfisher Systems, Inc.  In addition to accounting and finance-related activities, Mr. Bartos is the primary point of contact with the Defence Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), banking and financial institutions, and plays a vital role with the company’s tax filings.

The promotion comes off the heels of 2017’s Federal Tax Reform Legislation and Mr. Bartos has already aligned the company to take advantage of the reduced corporate tax rate given the company’s prior S-Corp tax filing status. After learning of his promotion, Mr. Bartos stated, “I can’t imagine a more exciting time to be appointed CFO at Kingfisher.  In addition to several advantageous tax law changes that will be beneficial to the company and our shareholders, we are on the brink of some exciting technological breakthroughs that will add value to our current customer base and open doors and solutions to new customers”.

Mr. Bartos joined Kingfisher Systems, Inc. in May 2012 with more than 9 years of Government contracting experience. Prior to joining Kingfisher Systems, Inc. he held various cost estimating positions with large integrators such as Raytheon (RTN), mid-tier Government Contractors such as Altegiry, and served as a deputy program manager at an 8(a) company. Mr. Bartos also has experience providing cost estimates for commercial products and services for non-Government-related employers.
