FALLS CHURCH VA, February 20, 2015. Kingfisher Systems, Inc. Chairman of the Board Harry M. (Pete) Howton has appointed Roy L. Reed Jr., to become Chief Executive Officer and President effective immediately. Mr. Reed is an original founder of the company and also serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Reed has been serving as President since April 2005 and the Chief Operating Officer since 2011.
